James Ferraro, MSW Founder & Director of Behavior Management James Ferraro, the owner and founder of Ferraro Behavior Services, LLC began the company in November of 2007. James received a Bachelor's Degree in Family Psychology from Anderson University and a Master's of Social Work Degree from Indiana University. He has worked with many populations within the developmental disabilities field as a residential youth therapist, addictions and family therapist, behavior consultant and Director of Behavior Management. He has worked in the field for over 10 years and has also done private practice and group therapy work. James has also given lectures on anger management and personality disorders throughout his career. He brings a wealth of experience and many specialty areas which include: behavior disorders, autism spectrum, mental disability, personality disorders, chemical dependency, depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and grief and loss.
Galen Yordy, Ph.D.,H.S.P.P Ph.D.,H.S.P.P Dr Yordy obtained his doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University in 1991. He is a licensed psychologist, and has practiced in community mental health and private practice settings, providing both inpatient and outpatient services. In his clinical practice, he has specialized in the treatment of adults of all ages with a variety of disorders related to depression, anxiety, and anger management. He has also extensive experience in providing psychological evaluations. Among other things, Dr. Yordy currently supervises the behavior management practice of Ferraro Behavior Services, ensuring that the behavioral consultants' clinical services are consistent with pertinent legal, ethical, and clinical guidelines. Dr. Yordy has memberships in the Indiana Psychological and the American Psychological Associations, and he is published in the area of adherence to exercise participation.


Northeast Indiana

Abby Widmer, MSW Behavior Consultant Abby Widmer completed a Bachelors degree in Social Work with a minor in interpersonal relations from Ball State University in 2000. After working for two years at a local social service agency, she decided to leave and obtain a Master's of Social Work degree from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI). After graduating in 2005 with a MSW, she worked in several different social work fields including a small adoption agency, hospice, child welfare, and with victims of rape and sexual assault. Abby joined Ferraro Behavior Services in March of 2012 as a Behavior Consultant. After 5 years of being in management, Abby welcomes the chance to work directly with individuals in the community again and looks forward to helping those in need of behavioral services.
Amy Opliger MS, Ph.D Behavior Consultant Amy Opliger has been working as a Behavior Consultant with Ferraro Behavior Services since January of 2012. Amy possesses a Master of Science Degree in School Counseling from Indiana University and a Ph.D in Educational Leadership from Union Institute. Amy has spent many years as a special education teacher and a school counselor in Fort Wayne, Ohio, Indonesia, and Abu Dhabi. She was also the Director of the Burmese Refugee Program in Indianapolis. As a School Counselor, Amy has spent many years collaborating with teachers to address the academic and social needs of special needs' students. The focus of her research for her doctoral program revolved around the belief that all children need to develop trusting relationships in a safe and caring environment if effective learning is to take place. This belief carries over into her current work as a Behavior Consultant -- everyone can learn when they trust the people with whom they are working.
Anders Willadsen, MA Behavior Consultant Anders Willadsen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota in 2000. He also obtained a Master of Arts Degree at Ball State University in 2002 where he studied Clinical Psychology. Anders has worked with several different populations throughout his professional career. He worked with juveniles as a counselor for two years and has worked with adults, teens and families with special needs for over 8 years as a behavior consultant. Anders joined the team at FBS in January of 2008 as a behavior consultant.
Ashley Hudson, BCBA Behavior Consultant Ashley Hudson obtained a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Russell Sage College and has her BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). She has over ten years of professional experience working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. Ashley has a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and Functional Behavior Assessment. She also has extensive experience in training direct care professionals and parents in developing and implementing behavior modification programs in the home, work, community and school settings. She joined the team at Ferraro Behavior Services as a Behavior Consultant in May of 2017.
Brittany Bell, MS Behavior Consultant Brittany began working in the developmental disabilities field as a direct care staff in 2006. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 2008, she realized she had found her career path and moved into the position of Medicaid waiver case manager for individuals with developmental disabilities. She spent seven years in that role before coming to Ferraro as a behav-ior consultant in September 2015. Brittany graduated with a Master's degree in Counseling from Grand Canyon University in June 2014. She also works in private practice counseling adults and children to gain experience with a broader population. She is a member of the American Counsel-ing Association and is working towards becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
Carrie Sievers, MSW, LCSW Behavior Consultant Carrie Sievers started working with individuals with disabilities as a high school volunteer at a sheltered workshop teaching hygiene and social skills groups. This experience then led to numerous other positions in the field including skills trainer positions in group homes and other Waiver programs as well as Case Management. She has cared for this population for over 10 years. Carrie received her Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Hanover College and went on to receive a Master's Degree in Social Work in 2008 from IUPUI. Carrie has worked with Ferraro Behavior Services serving individuals with disabilities as a Behavior Consultant since 2008.
Casey Boersma, MA, BCBA Behavior Consultant Casey Boersma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. She has over ten years of professional experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities, mental illness and emotional impairments. She plans to sit for the board certification exam to obtain her board certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA). Casey has a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and Functional Behavior Assessment. She also has extensive experience in training direct care professionals and parents in developing and implementing behavior modification programs in the home, work, community and school settings. She joined the team at Ferraro Behavior Services as a Behavior Consultant in August of 2009.
Erica Kennedy, MA Behavior Consultant Erica earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University in 2011. She taught in the public school system for 3 years before changing career paths and working in a residential setting with individuals with disabilities. She found her passion and love for the population through this position and quickly began her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. While in school she began to work with children ages 3-18 with autism in a clinical setting where she provided 1:1 therapy. She graduated from Ball State University in 2017. Erica chose to become a behavior consultant because of the opportunities it provided her to improve individual's lives and help them make progress toward their goals.
Faye Case, MA Behavior Consultant Faye Case started working with individuals with disabilities as a senior in high school, working rotations at a sheltered workshop through an opportunity through the school. While pursuing her Bachelor's Degrees' in Science majoring in Psychology and Criminal Justice through Trine University, she gained experience working at a workshop and in a waiver home as direct support staff. Faye moved on to work three years at an ABA center while she obtained her Master's Degrees' of Art in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education through Ball State University; with these degree's she obtained certifications in Autism, Applied Behavior Analysis and Response to Intervention. Faye joined the Ferraro Behavior Services team in 2018, with three years of experience working as a Behavior Consultant.
Frank Mikulski, MS Behavior Consultant Frank Mikulski received his Master of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Frank has provided behavioral services to clients who receive waiver services since 2006. Prior to that time he provided behavioral services to clients in a variety of settings for over 25 years. All of the individuals he has supported have an intellectual disability. The individuals have had a variety of behavioral challenges, some very severe. He has supported individuals who have mental health issues (participating in psychiatric evaluations, counseling sessions and observations at in-patient settings) and legal issues (providing testimony in court). Frank began working with Ferraro Behavior Services as a Behavior Consultant in the Fort Wayne area in May 2013. He looks forward to using his experience to provide client centered services.
Heather Follis, MS Behavior Consultant Heather Riesen received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington in 2005 and graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2010 with a Master's of Science in Counselor Education, with specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. Heather began working with individuals with developmental disabilities in 2005 as direct support staff in a waiver home. Throughout her career she has also worked as a Team Coordinator, Program Coordinator and Waiver Case manager, as well as completing two counseling internships. Heather came to Ferraro Behavior Services in September of 2010 to begin her career as a Behavior Consultant and Outpatient Therapist. She continues to work toward licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy in hopes to reach out to a larger and more diverse population of people with mental health needs. Heather relishes in the pleasure of helping to improve the quality of the lives and meet the needs of those who seek her help.
Henry Covington, III, MS, MS Behavior Consultant Henry received his Bachelor of Science Degree in December of 1999 from Indiana University South Bend and he has 2 Masters Degrees, one in Human Services (Social and Community Services) and one in Psychology both received from Capella University. Henry has over 12 years of experience in working with individuals with disabilities. That experience first began in 2002 when he started at a healthcare agency as a direct care staff. From there, he was promoted to the position of Qualified Mental Retardation Professional, where his caseload was filled with individuals with behavioral issues. Through this experience is where he decided he wanted to work with individuals to help them learn how to deal with their behavioral issues properly.
Jeff Stachera, MS, LMHC Behavior Consultant Jeff received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and a Master's degree In Counselor Education from Indiana-Purdue University at Fort Wayne. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana with over 15 years of experience. Jeff currently provides counseling services in a small private practice, and previously worked for Park Center in Fort Wayne as an outpatient therapist. While with Park Center he was coordinator for the Family Education Center, providing counseling and clinical supervision of day program services to students with severe emotional disabilities. Jeff has been a consultant with Ferraro Behavior Services since April 2011.
Jenny Nelson, MSW, LSW Behavior Consultant Jenny Nelson, MSW, LSW graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from IPFW and a Master's in Social Work from the IU School of Social Work at IUPUI in 2011. While in grad school, Jenny began work doing direct care as well as providing respite for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families. Seeing how rewarding working with this population can be, she decided to continue in this area upon returning to Fort Wayne after graduation. Jenny worked as a supervising caseworker, learning many aspects of waiver services, prior to beginning her career as a behavior consultant in 2013, joining the FBS team in August of 2016.
Jodi Cline, MS, LMHC Behavior Consultant Jodi received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Manchester College and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Francis. She is a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana. Prior to joining Ferraro Behavioral Services, she worked at Allen County Community Corrections as the facility's Clinical Division Section Chief. In addition she has prior experience working with adolescences with behavioral, genetic, and neurological disorders. Jodi chose to begin a career as a behavior consultant because of the opportunity it provides her to make a difference by helping clients' improve his or her daily functioning.
Julie Langham, MA Behavior Consultant Julie received her undergraduate degree/Bachelor of Arts through Anderson University, Anderson, Indiana in 1998. In 2013, she earned her Master's of Arts in Psychology through the University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She has lived in the Fort Wayne area most of her life and served in the developmental disability field since 2001. Julie provided direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities upon completion of her undergraduate education. She eventually moved on to the role as a case manager and advocate through the Medicaid waiver program for over 10 years. Julie has prior experience working as a Youth Behavior Manager in a correctional setting and served as direct support for the infant/toddler population with special needs. Her area of expertise includes working with individuals who have the diagnosis of Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, Depressive Disorders, Traumatic Brain Injury and other physical disabilities (cerebral palsy or Quadriplegia). She is very passionate about her role as a therapist, supporting individuals to progress in his or her personal growth, and to help them to achieve their lifelong goals.
Katie Goodman, MS Behavior Consultant Katie Johnson received her Bachelor's of Social Work Degree and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne. Katie has previously worked with crisis management at Lutheran Hospital in the field of social work for approximately 5 years. She has worked with neonatal infants, pediatrics, geriatrics and families in this setting as well as in a private practice setting as an intern. Katie has special training working with autism spectrum disorders, grief and loss, behavior management, and ADHD assessment and treatment. Katie started working with Ferraro Behavior Services, LLC in February of 2012 as a Behavior Consultant and welcomes the challenge because, "it gives me the opportunity to continue to learn and grow, but the true reward lies in the lives that I am able to touch."
Kim Chen, MSW, LSW Behavior Consultant Kim Chen has been a practicing social worker for over 17 years. She received her Bachelor's degree in social work from Saint Francis College and her Master's degree in social work from the University of Toledo. Kim worked as a case manager in the MR/DD Medicaid waiver system in Ohio. She has also worked with young people in therapeutic foster care, worked with teen parents, and provided counseling to multi-cultural families involved with the Division of Family & Children. Kim has additional experience in medical social work, crisis intervention, and mental health. Kim's practice philosophy is centered on a client-driven, strengths-based approach in which the client's goals and personal strengths are the priority of the treatment team. Kim enjoys sharing in clients' successes as she works in partnership with them to improve their quality of life.
Kyle Dawalt, MA Behavior Consultant Kyle has been working with individuals with intellectual disabilities professionally for the past 12 years. He began working in the special education classroom his freshman year of high school where he fell in love with the notion of serving others. Kyle received his Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of Saint Francis in 2010. Kyle's background consists of 6 years working as a Direct Support Professional and 6 years working in the Case Management field for the Medicaid Waiver. Kyle received his Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2017. Kyle is interested in working with individuals of all ages. Through his experience and education he feels comfortable and excels in working with individuals of all ages and disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and many others. Kyle is passionate about assisting others in improving their quality of life, developing meaningful relationships with others, and providing individualized opportunities for the individuals he serves to grow. Kyle feels very fortunate for the relationships that he has built through his career and looks forward to building many more in the years to come. Kyle is excited to serve Allen, Whitley, Kosciusko, Huntington, and Wabash counties.
Lisa Carroll, MSW Behavior Consultant Lisa graduated with a bachelor degree in Social Work from the University of Saint Francis in 2005. She also got her masters in Social Work from Indiana University in 2008 with a concentration in Mental Health and Addictions. Lisa has been working in the social work field for a little over 10 years now. Most of Lisa's work experience has been doing individual and group therapy with the adolescent population. Lisa enjoys working in a team setting and being able to help the quality of life of others. Lisa began working at Ferrero Behavioral Services in July 2012.
Melinda Proxmire, MS Behavior Consultant Melinda received her Masters Degree from University of Saint Francis. She has over 15 years experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings. Melinda specializes in working with individuals who have sensory challenges.
Rachel Miller, MA, LLP, BCBA Behavior Consultant Rachel Miller, MA, LLP, BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 13 years of experience in behavioral services working with individuals of all ages and developmental levels of ability. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University and is currently living with her husband and three kids in the Fort Wayne, IN area. She started her career providing behavioral services to adults at the Fort Wayne State Developmental center, then spent 5 years consulting on the waiver for children and adults in their homes. Starting in 2012 she spent 4 years providing ABA services for children with autism in a center based environment until switching back to providing waiver services in 2017. Rachel is passionate about helping others and is excited to get back into waiver services.
Rebekah Glunt, MA, BCaBA Behavior Consultant I'm Rebekah Glunt, 30 years old, I am originally from Boothbay Harbor Maine, and moved to Fort Wayne Indiana 4 years ago. I have been working with the special needs population for about 8 years. For the past 4 years however, I have found my passion in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and have received my Master's Degree from Ball State University in ABA. I started working with Ferraro Behavior Services in November of 2017 and am currently working toward becoming board certified within the next year. I love helping others and watching consistent improvements on a daily basis. My hobbies include; playing hockey, running, playing roller derby, and I also spend time raising my son Oliver.
Sarah Miller, MS, CADACIV Behavior Consultant Sarah Miller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a dual major in Psychology at Trine University and a Master of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Saint Francis. Prior to joining Ferraro Behavior Services, she worked at Allen County Community Corrections as a substance abuse counselor and social skills group facilitator. Sarah has a history of working with individuals with addiction, chronic mental illness, Autism spectrum disorder, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and varying levels of ability. Sarah has a passion for guiding people to meet their highest potential in life and works with the individual, their family, and professional caregivers to build a network of support for the clients that she serves.
Sheila Vancamp Behavior Consultant Sheila received her Bachelor's degree in elementary and mild interventions from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN. She also received her Master's in Special Education from Ball State University. She has worked the past 10 years being a teacher in a centralized emotional disabilities classroom. She has chosen to change her career and begin as a Behavior Consultant where she can focus on helping with challenges that adults and children can face each day. She joined Ferraro Behavior Services in February of 2017.
Suzi Swinehart, MS Ed Behavior Consultant Suzi earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Purdue University and went on to earn her Master's degree in school counseling from Indiana University. She has over 10 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities including teaching swim lessons to children with intellectual and physical disabilities, tutoring special needs students, writing behavior plans for middle school and high school special education programs, participating in the development of a district wide autism program, and working in adult and child group homes. Suzi began working for Ferraro Behavior Services in January, 2014.
Tara Shull, MS, LMFTA Behavior Consultant Tara Shull earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Indiana University/ Purdue University Fort Wayne. The majority of her professional experience has been working with the gerontology population as well as with substance abuse. She has also been working with adults with disabilities for many years in a volunteering role. Tara began working with Ferraro Behavior Services, LLC in March of 2011.
Zinajda Mehurovic, MA Behavior Consultant Zinajda Mehurovic received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Certificate of ABA from Indiana University-South Bend in 2010 and Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2016. Zinajda began working with individuals with developmental disabilities and psychiatric diagnosis in 2010 as a Skill Building Specialist at Oaklawn Psychiatric Center. Throughout her career she also worked at an ABA institute doing intensive therapy with children ages 3 through 12. Additionally, Zinajda has worked with a wide variety of individuals of all cognitive levels as a Case Manager. Zinajda began working at Ferraro Behavior Services LLC in April 2018. Zinajda finds great joy in helping people build new skills which will help them live a happier and more meaningful life.
Jesse Underwood, MS Behavior Consultant and Outpatient Therapist Jesse Underwood received a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wright State University in Dayton, OH. He has over 7 years of education and experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of settings. Jesse's training and experience allow him to work with a variety of specialties including: behavior management, play therapy, art therapy, chemical dependency treatment, and individual and marriage counseling. Jesse Underwood started work at FBS as a Behavior Consultant and Outpatient Therapist in August of 2011 and enjoys working in this field to assist individuals with overcoming challenges in their lives, while strengthening their relationships and contributing to their personal growth.
John Swinehart, MS, LMFT Behavior Consultant and Therapist John received his Masters degree from Indiana-Purdue University (Fort Wayne, Indiana) in 2003 and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Indiana. His graduate internship was at the Family Education Center at Park Center, Inc. In his internship, John worked with severely emotionally handicapped children and their families. John joined FBS in April of 2010 as a Behavior Consultant and Therapist who works with many different populations. John treats individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. He works with individuals, couples, and families and has extensive experience in dealing with grief and mourning issues.
Josh Torres, MS, LMFTA Behavior Consultant and Outpatient Therapist Joshawa (Josh) Torres received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN) and his Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University (Minneapolis, MN). His experience includes working as direct staff in a child and adolescent behavioral clinic, a family case manager for the Department of Child Services, and his graduate internship as a behavioral consultant intern for Ferraro Behavior Services, comprising over 7 years' experience working with children, adolescents, adult, and families in a variety of settings. Josh's counseling training allows for him to work from a system's perspective fully integrating the needs of a client's support system and family, to encourage effective and lasting change. Josh started working at FBS as a Behavior Consultant and Outpatient Therapist in September of 2013 and enjoys working with all of his clients to strengthen the relationships that exist within the primary support system and encourage personal and interpersonal growth for all involved.


Northwest Indiana

Brittanae Hauck, MA,ABA Behavior Consultant Brittanae Hauck graduated Cum Laude from The University of Toledo in May of 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Recreational Therapy. She then obtained a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ball State University in 2017 and is working towards obtaining her BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Brittanae began working for Ferraro Behavior Services in June of 2014 as a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS) before transitioning to a Behavior Consultant in August 2017. She has over four years of professional experience and is very passionate about working with individuals of all age ranges living with developmental disabilities.
Brooke Carey, MA, RBC Behavior Consultant Brooke graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Grace College. She has been involved in the field of Developmental Disabilities for over 30 years, working in a variety of roles throughout her career. Her experience includes directly supporting people with developmental and behavioral needs, training direct support and management staff as well as ensuring quality of services. Brooke has worked as a Registered Behavior Consultant for over six years in addition to her other duties and has recently decided to focus on Behavior Consulting which has always been her primary passion.
Christina Berthier, MA Behavior Consultant Christina received her master's degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology from Andrews University in 2000. She worked as a Principal at South Bend Junior Academy, the Chairman of the School Board for said institution and has worked for the past five years as a behavior consultant in South Bend Indiana. In 2015, Christina was recognized for outstanding advocacy from Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG). Christina's greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, leadership and insistence for consistency with all involved. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the clients' ideals for themselves.
Danielle Ulm, MSW Behavior Consultant Danielle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a dual major in Sociology from Grace College, and graduated with her Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University with a concentration in Mental Health and Addictions. Danielle also completed her internship at Ferraro Behavior Services prior to graduating. Danielle has worked in the field for a number of years. She has been a direct support staff working in the homes with the clients at Cardinal Services in Warsaw. She also worked for the Bowen Center as a Rehabilitation Service Provider teaching social and independent living skills to clients with a wide range of abilities and needs. Jamie Steiner, MS Behavior Consultant Jamie received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Tri-State University in 2006. She later received her Masters of Science in Psychology, with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University, in 2015. Jamie has worked with patients who have a variety of special needs in group home settings, and living in a state psychiatric facility since 2009. Jamie has worked with patients who have developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and psychological disorders in roles from direct support professional, assistant house manager, QMRP, Mental Health Associate and Behavioral Clinician. While working at the state psychiatric facility Jamie assisted in implementing sensory integration programming. Jamie came to Ferrero Behavior Services in September of 2017 and will be working in the Fulton, Cass, Miami and Howard counties, and surrounding areas.
Larissa Phillips, MS Behavior Consultant Larissa earned her Bachelor's Degree in Educational Ministries from Huntington University and went on to earn her Master's Degree in School Counseling from Indiana University. Larissa has had a passion for working with individuals with disabilities since childhood; as her brother was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Larissa has 6 years of professional experience working with individuals with disabilities including serving as a QMRP, working in the classroom setting and has experience with individuals of all ages including early intervention through senior services. Larissa has been working with Ferraro Behavior Services since April, 2016.
Ryan Wood, MA, ABA Behavior Consultant Ryan Wood has been a part of Ferraro Behavior Services, LLC as a Behavior Consultant since May of 2012. He received a Master of Arts degree in applied behavior analysis at Ball State University and went on to receive a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. He has worked within the Mental Health field for a number of years in many different capacities. He has experience as a direct care staff person, residential supervisor and QMRP within Waiver and group home settings. He chooses to be in this field because he thoroughly enjoys helping and serving others.
Tiffany Herron Behavior Consultant Tiffany has been practicing, studying, and teaching yoga since 1997. She is a 500 hour Professional Yoga Teacher, earning her certification from Kripalu School of Yoga. Tiffany continued her studies of Eastern Science and earned a 750 hour certificate in Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consulting in 2012 from the Kripalu School of Ayurveda. After her four children started school, she completed her Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Saint Francis. Tiffany is thrilled to be working with Ferraro Behavior Services and started in February of 2017. She is excited to empower her clients with tools and techniques to live a life of health and purpose.


Central Indiana

Adrienne (Adie) Haight, MS Behavior Consultant Adrienne (Adie) Haight received a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix while acting as a case manager with Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG) for three years. Adie attended Ball State University for her bachelor's degree in early childhood special education. Adie has worked in the field since 2007 as a direct care staff, child services director, case manager, and as a behavior consultant. Adie has worked with all ages including early intervention through senior services. Adie has been working with Ferraro Behavior Services since September 2013. Adie is very passionate about what she does involving behavior support services and enjoys working directly with teams and families on a regular basis.
Brooke Love Behavior Consultant Brooke began her career working in the developmental disabilities field as a direct care staff. While earning her Bachelor's in Psychology from IUPUI, she began working as a Medicaid Waiver Case Manager. While earning her Master's in Special Education with a Focus on Emotional Disabilities from Ball State University, Brooke helped establish some of the first ESN homes in the state, managed group homes, and directed a residential program. After serving in these various roles, she felt the natural progression was to focus more on behavioral work. For approximately ten years, Brooke has served as a behavior consultant and joined Ferraro in 2016. Brooke has extensive experience supporting individuals with various personality, behavior & mood disorders, as well as individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury.
Casey Oglesby, MSW, LCSW Behavior Consultant Casey Oglesby holds and Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social work as well as a certificate in case management services from Indiana University. Her Master's Degree is focused in Mental Health and Addiction services. She is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Casey has had a range of experiences over the last 10 years working in the human service field while focusing on people with a diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness, autism and intellectual disabilities. Casey has held positions such as Employment Consultant, Person Centered Advocate and Mental Health Clinician before entering the field of Behavior Consulting. Casey enjoys helping this population realize and reach their goals by supporting them and empowering them in make healthy choices along with the help of their families and caregivers.
Dan Stutler, MASE/MBA Behavior Consultant Dan Stutler received a Master of Arts Degree in Special Education from Ball State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. He has worked with Special Education Students for more than thirty years at the Indiana School for the Deaf as a teacher, residential advisor and administrator where he communicated with students using American Sign Language (ASL). He began a Supported Employment Program that offered deaf students their first opportunity of community employment. After retiring Dan was a Case Manager for Indiana Professional Management Group serving clients and their families in central Indiana for two years. Dan has been with FBS since May of 2010 working as a Behavior Consultant in the Indianapolis Region.
Donna Walker, MS, RBC Behavior Consultant Donna Walker graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's in Social Work and received her Masters degree in School Counseling. Donna has 11 years experience providing support and services to special needs students and their families as a school counselor and served as the special education case coordinator within her school. In addition, Donna has over 12 years experience as a Behavior Consultant and is a Registered Behavior Consultant in state of Indiana. She enjoys working with a variety of clients with different needs which allows her the opportunity develop strategies tailored to the client.
Heather Bess, MS Behavior Consultant Heather Freshwater received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University in 1997 and a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona in 2013. Heather previously worked as a Case Manager with those with developmental disabilities for 9 years. She has also worked as a Social Service Director with clients with developmental disabilities at a large ICF/MR. She has over 10 years experience working in this field. Heather started working with Ferraro Behavior Services, LLC in May of 2013 as a Behavior Consultant and is finding the position to be a natural transition. Heather has always taken pride in advocating for her clients and is excited about focusing on the mental well-being of her clients. Heather is currently working toward her licensure to become a LMHC.
Kathryn Priddle, MSW, LSW Behavior Consultant Kathryn (Katie) received a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Transylvania University and a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Her Social Work degree was specialized in mental health. Katie has been working in the mental health field with clients diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness and intellectual developmental disorders for the past 9 years. Professionally, Katie has held positions as a mental health associate, clinical social worker in a state psychiatric hospital, and therapist at a community based mental health center. She has a strong desire to provide behavioral consultation to clients, families, and support teams to assist clients in managing mental health and/or behavioral issues. Katie places high value on advocating for clients who might be unable to do so and in providing clients and teams the tools necessary to foster positive growth and change.
Kay Jones, MEd Behavior Consultant Kay is excited to work as a Behavior Consultant at FBS. She has received her Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Counselor education. She has had 6 years of direct experience in providing therapy, case management services and addressing behaviors to individuals with disabilities. However she has provided services to individuals and families of all ages for the past 20 years. During this time, Kay worked with teams to reach the common goal of improving the daily lives of others. Through her 20 year journey, Kay has found it exciting to see that even through challenges, progress can occur. Kay finds it rewarding when individuals and families realize that through hard work their behaviors can improve and change the outlook of their lives.
Kyle Bolin, MS Behavior Consultant Kyle Bolin received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University and obtained a Master's of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN. Kyle worked as a counselor for Park Center in Fort Wayne, IN with several populations including families, teens, and individual adults. While working at Park Center Kyle also completed intake assessments for counseling and psychiatric services as well as assessments for acute and sub-acute placement. Kyle also worked as a counselor in a rehabilitative facility for teens in South Carolina focusing on cases involving abuse. Kyle began working with Ferraro Behavior Services as a Behavior Consultant in Indianapolis in January of 2010.
Lisa Nale, MA Behavior Consultant Lisa Nale received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Science Education from Indiana University Bloomington in 1988 and in 1998 earned her Masters in Counseling from Indiana University Southeast. In 2008 she graduated with an Educational Specialist Degree from the University of Louisville. She has thirty years of experience as a teacher of individuals with special needs, school counselor, and administrator of special needs magnet schools. She has coordinated with family court, Special Olympics and Champions Together, probation, job training and transitioning individuals to a variety of environments. She has expertise in working with educational settings to create and implement IEP and 504 plans. Lisa enjoys working with clients of different needs, along with their family and caregivers, to improve their quality of life by supporting and empowering them to make healthy choices and ultimately reach their personal goals.
Marc Pulfer, MA Director of Behavior Management Marc Pulfer received his Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Taylor University. He has worked in the field since 1996 as a counselor and case manager in Fort Wayne, Muncie and Switzerland. Marc has also worked with many different populations as an intake assessments coordinator at Lutheran Hospitals in Fort Wayne and as a substance abuse rehabilitation counselor at an inpatient clinic in Switzerland. He has also participated in providing diversity training in an outreach program to different settings at the Ball State Counseling Center, including the campus police department. Marc started working with Ferraro Behavior Services as a Behavior Consultant in the Indianapolis area in October of 2009 and brings with him many years of mental health expertise. He now also oversees behavior management operations in the Indianapolis/Central region.
Maurissa Paligraf Behavior Consultant Maurissa Paligraf joined the Ferraro team in September of 2017. Maurissa pursed her undergrad degree in speech and hearing sciences, as well as a minor in psychology. She then went on to earn her master degree in applied behavior analysis at Ball State University in June 2017. She plans to sit for her BCBA (board certified behavior analyst) exam in November 2017. She has been working with clients with autism and development delays for the past three years. She has worked for the national center for autism managing a residential home, worked in the home, and in ABA centers in Indiana. Maurissa has extensive experience with developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and training the families and caregivers of the client in all settings.
Melanie Stumm, MSW Behavior Consultant Melanie received a Bachelors and Masters degree in social work as well as a certificate in case management services through Indiana University. The focus for her Masters was mental health and addictions and she has a 10 year experience in this field. She has had experience with people diagnosed with persistent mental illness and intellectual disabilities. Melanie has worked in the areas of adolescent addiction treatment, mental health and addictions with the homeless population and people with dual diagnoses prior to working in the field of Behavior Consulting. Melanie has a passion for helping clients to grow and feel empowered.
Michelle Piercy, MA Behavior Consultant Michelle Piercy graduated with a Bachelor of Art's Degree from UNC Charlotte and obtained her Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. Michelle is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA Therapy) through Ball State University. She has over 2 years of experience working with children, teens, and families as a Behavior Consultant. Michelle started with FBS as a Behavior Consultant in April 2013. Michelle believes behavioral supports should be positive and consumer-driven. She is excited for the opportunity to work closely with support teams to ensure consumers live happy, healthy lives and reach their goals.
Mike Honaker, MA Behavior Consultant Mike studied at Western Kentucky University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He then went on to pursue his Master of Arts degree from Ball State University in General Psychology. Since then, Mike has worked in the field of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in various settings. He worked as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional at an ICF/MR and in residential group home settings in Indianapolis. Mike also has experience in community habilitation and case management. He most recently has been the director of Blueprint, a day services program with Cornerstone Associates.
Pam Vawter, MA Behavior Consultant Pam graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Education and obtained her Masters of Arts Degree in Education from Ball State University. Pam has over 15 years of working with individuals with intellectual/developmental and emotional disabilities. She has facilitated numerous case conference committees, developed IEP's, and has written behavior plans. As a public school teacher, Pam developed a passion for working with students with special needs. She is an advocate for families and she focuses on helping children and parents develop tools to have better behavior management and social skills. She chose to work as a Behavioral Consultant because she enjoys working directly with clients and making a difference.
Sherri Snyder, MS Behavior Consultant Sherri Snyder studied at Purdue University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Psychology and Sociology. She then went on to pursue her Master of Science degree from St. Francis College in General Psychology. Since then, Sherri has worked in the field of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in various settings. She worked as an Early Childhood Para-professional in a preschool program with ARC of Allen County in Fort Wayne, IN where she was featured in an Autism video "Autism, Learning to Live". She then worked as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional at a small institution in Arcadia, IN and in residential group home settings in Northern Indiana and the Indianapolis area. She most recently has been a manager of a day services program with Noble of Indiana. Sherri was also a member of the Autism Resource team while at Noble. "I enjoy working with people who don't have verbal skills because I can use my observation skills and creativity to try to determine what they are trying to communicate. I believe that communication skills are a very important part of being able to fully participate in the world around you."
Taquetta Baker, M. Ed. Behavior Consultant Taquetta holds a Master's Degree in Community Counseling with an Emphasis on Children, Marriage and Families from the University of Missouri St. Louis. She also has a Certification with the Therapon Institute in the area of Christian Counseling. Taquetta earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Avila College and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Brown Mackie College. She attended all four years of her undergraduate studies on an athletic and academic scholarship. Taquetta played basketball during her undergraduate years and has coached in the community as various times since graduating. Taquetta has earned numerous awards and recognition throughout her academic and professional career for being a team leader, a team player, and providing dedicated and excellent services to the populations she serves or is a part of. She has been viewed as a role model and a leader of advocacy, consistency and dedication in her personal relationships, work environment and community. Taquetta Baker has 20 years of professional and Christian counseling experience and has successfully counseled and mentored extreme cases of abuse, trauma, and mental illness. Taquetta also has 12 years of Behavioral Consultant experience. Because of her advocacy, consistency and stability with working with clients for years, she is known for building relationships with them, families, and team members that successfully diminish and extinguish behaviors, while significantly improving her clients' quality of life and their ability to live effectively in the community.
Tiana Jessup, ME Behavior Consultant Tiana Jessup graduated from Indiana University. Tiana obtained her Masters of Education in Counseling and Counselor Education in May 2012. Tiana has been in the human services field since 2000, where she acquired a passion for being in the school as a tutor while in under grad as a Literacy Facilitator, which is where her passion for education developed. She have been in various roles such as, a substitute teacher, home health aide, Special Education Assistant, youth counselor at Indiana Development Training Center, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, and currently an as needed staff member at Resource Treatment Facility of 6 years. With all of these experiences Tiana always felt being an educator was a part of the job duty, and further enhanced my current career of counselor, therapist, and currently a behavior clinician. Tiana is glad to herself an educator, mentor, counselor, and advocate for all individuals and feels she has become better-rounded in all of the aforementioned settings, and enhance her strongest attribute of flexibility! Tiana is a mother of two girls ages 9 and 7. In her leisure time she enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and the game of basketball. Tiana believes that in life you have to have a balance and with all her experiences she has always made time for family and friends. Tiana is also glad to be a team member Ferraro Behavior Services team!
