Pam Easterday Billing Assistant I am an Billing Assistant here at FBS. I graduated with my Associates Degree in Medical Assisting from Medtech in 2013. I took a year off to take care of my twin boys while also doing part time work when I got into the medical field. I started at Biolife Plasma Services, then joined ResCare where I found my passion working in this field. I started as a Direct Support Professional, then advanced quickly to Residential Manager. That's when I heard about FBS through one of my client's Behavior Consultants. Although I miss the daily hands on, I can now enjoy visits from multiple clients here at the office as well as getting my family and I more involved with events in the community that FBS also takes part in.
